    Most emails are answered within one business day. Security and billing issues are triaged faster — usually under 4 hours during business hours.

  • Where are you based?

    We're a fully remote team. The legal entity behind BaseRebuild handles billing in USD; tax invoices are issued automatically after each successful charge.

  • I want to cancel my subscription. Do I have to email you?

    No. Open the app, go to Billing, hit Cancel — you keep access until the end of the billing period. Email is only for refund disputes or stuck payments.

  • Do you offer education or non-profit pricing?

    Yes. Email billing@ from your institutional address with a one-line note about what you do and we'll send a code.

  • Is there a phone number?

    No. Async-by-default lets us respond carefully and keep the team focused. Every email above goes to a real person.
