Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing or using BaseRebuild (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you're using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, and for all activity that happens under your account.
• One human, one account. Sharing accounts breaks streaks and distorts data — and it's not allowed under these Terms.
• Notify us immediately at security@baserebuild.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Free plan

The Free plan is offered without payment, in perpetuity, with the features listed on the Billing page. Free users have access to the core habit, task, focus, fasting, and notes modules.

Pro plan

• Pro is offered on monthly or yearly billing intervals at the prices shown at checkout.
• New users may be eligible for a free trial. Trials are limited to one per account — if you've previously had a trial, billing starts immediately on resubscribe.
• Renewal: Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing interval until cancelled. Cancel any time via the Billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds: all charges are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email billing@baserebuild.com within 14 days and we'll review it.
• Price changes: if we change Pro pricing, existing subscribers keep their current price for the remainder of the billing interval; we'll notify you at least 14 days before the new price applies on renewal.

Anything you record in the app — habits, tasks, notes, finance entries, food logs, etc. — is yours. You retain all intellectual-property rights to your content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, encrypt, back up and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service for you. We don't use your content to train external AI models. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Service.
• Use the Service to store or distribute malware, illegal content, or content that infringes anyone's rights.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or subscription enforcement.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten or impersonate others.
• Automate sign-ups or use the Service through unofficial third-party clients without permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We aim for high uptime, but we don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may take parts of the Service offline for maintenance or to deploy updates — we'll do our best to schedule heavy maintenance outside peak hours.

The Service relies on third-party providers for payments, authentication, hosting, email delivery and the AI weekly review. Their handling of any data we send them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies; see our Privacy Policy for details on what we share with whom.

The Service, our logos, designs, source code, and product copy are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any of it except as expressly permitted.

• By you: delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your data within 30 days.
• By us: we may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or applicable law. We'll email you at the address on file unless that's impractical for legal or security reasons.
• On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but sections that should reasonably survive (intellectual property, liability, governing law) continue to apply.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

BaseRebuild is a productivity tool, not a medical, legal or financial advisor. Don't rely on it for clinical, legal or investment decisions.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BaseRebuild is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where local consumer-protection law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we'll email signed-in users at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
